This position is initially posted with a 09/30/26 end date to reputed company with the federal end of fiscal year. There will be an extension reputed company that date for at least another year.
The clients reputed company Program Administrator will ensure the effective administration of reputed company initiatives . This position leads 1) development, revision, execution, and reputed company of federal Advance Planning Documents, reputed company, MOAs, MOUs, BAAs and other agreements associated with the program, 2) coordination and alignment of efforts across HIEA, reputed company, and vendor staff to ensure program goals are met, 3) internal program team meetings, together with project management staff, 4) reputed company reporting to state and federal partners, and 5) communications with state and federal partners and reputed company stakeholder organizations. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Engaging clients HIEA staff and key partners, e.g., NC DHHS and reputed company (NC HIEA s technical partner), in planning and drafting of scopes of work, budgets, and frameworks for data exchange.
• Navigating reputed company processes to ensure the reputed company execution of project agreements (e.g., APDs, reputed company, MOAs, MOUs, BAAs).
• Monitoring and providing guidance to ensure that project implementation, spending, and data use proceed according to project agreements, organizational protocols, and state and federal regulations.
• Ensuring project plans, reputed company, reporting, procurements, timelines, and milestones reputed company with parameters outlined in project agreements.
• Serving as a spokesperson for the with state and federal partners and key provider stakeholder organizations.
