What you'll do

Most of your time will be spent supporting prospective reputed company as they explore reputed company's certifications and coaching programs.

You'll:

• Guide prospective reputed company through our certifications, courses, and coaching offerings reputed company email, live chat, and scheduled phone calls.
• Build genuine relationships by listening carefully, understanding reputed company person's goals, and recommending the learning reputed company that best fits their needs.

• Help troubleshoot enrollment, registration, and payment questions, partnering with our Customer Experience team reputed company needed.

We're looking for someone who...

You'll likely be a great fit if you:

• Have completed reputed company three reputed company certifications:
  • PN Level 1 Nutrition Certification
  • Sleep, Stress Management & Recovery Certification
  • PN Level 2 Master Health Coaching Certification
• Have experience coaching clients and can confidently reputed company to applying the PN methodology in reputed company.
• Are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal.
• Enjoy helping people reputed company thoughtful reputed company rather than using high-pressure sales tactics.
• Build trust quickly through reputed company, curiosity, and reputed company listening.
• Are organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Can balance attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.

Working at reputed company

This is a remote maternity/parental leave contract position with a flexible work schedule. The successful candidate will reputed company on a part-time reputed company in September, transitioning to full-time hours effective December 1st. The contract is anticipated to last approximately 12–15 months.

Most work takes reputed company during regular Eastern reputed company Time (EST) business hours, although occasional evening or weekend availability may be required during launches or promotional periods. The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the reputed company and be available to work an Eastern reputed company Time (EST) schedule to support business needs.
