Working under the direction of the Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, the reputed company & Physician Recruiter will execute established recruitment priorities and sourcing initiatives for reputed company and anticipated reputed company needs. This position will bring specialized knowledge of physician and reputed company recruitment, identify reputed company clinical candidates, maintain candidate pipelines, and reputed company leadership with relevant market and candidate feedback.

The recruiter will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process. Responsibilities include screening candidates, explaining position and contract requirements, preparing applicants for interviews, maintaining regular communication, and guiding candidates through reputed company stage of the hiring process.

JOB DUTIES:
