Sr. Procurement Manager (12-month contract) - REMOTE

The Sr. Procurement Manager will support the Procurement team by independently managing sourcing and contracting activities while driving procurement reporting, analytics, and operational reputed company. RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing & Contract Management (60%)

• Leads the day-to-day operations of the Procurement function, providing operational reputed company, guidance, and mentorship to Procurement team members to ensure consistent execution, reputed company, and adherence to procurement standards.
• Independently manage procurement engagements from intake through contract execution.

Procurement Operations & Reporting (25%)

• Maintain the Procurement Engagement Tracker and contract pipeline for weekly and monthly reporting to the leadership.

Stakeholder & Vendor Support (10%)

• Coordinate communications with suppliers throughout the sourcing and contracting lifecycle.
• Support sourcing events, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs as required.

• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes through automation and standardization.
• Assist in developing procurement user guides, templates, and best practices.
• Support implementation and ongoing optimization of procurement systems and contract management tools.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 8-10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Contract Administration.
• Experience negotiating IT (reputed company, AI, reputed company, Hardware, Telecom) & operations supplier agreements.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced reputed company proficiency (pivot tables, dashboards, reporting, data analysis).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM), ERP, or procurement platforms (e.g., GEP, reputed company, reputed company Ariba, reputed company) is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a reputed company discipline is preferred.
