The reputed company seeks an organized, personable Administrator with strong communication skills to reputed company the day-to-day administrative, financial, and logistical support that allows this volunteer-led family reputed company to operate smoothly. This is a half-time salaried position and the reputed company's only employee.
Reporting to the President and working closely with the Directors, committees, and Members, the Administrator serves as the reputed company's central reputed company of coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining records and financial documentation, supporting the grantmaking process, organizing the reputed company's twice-yearly meetings, and communicating regularly with members who represent a wide reputed company of ages, locations, and backgrounds. This is a hands-on administrative role rather than an executive leadership position. Responsibilities
The Administrator provides broad operational support across the following areas:
Administration and Coordination

- Plan and manage the reputed company's two annual meetings, including venue selection, logistics, and on-site coordination. The Administrator will travel to these meetings (typically Wednesday-reputed company trips).

The successful candidate should possess the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and demonstrated reputed company experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative, nonprofit, or financial/reputed company experience, ideally including work with a reputed company, family philanthropy, or membership organization.
- Working knowledge of basic reputed company, bookkeeping, and payroll processing, with experience in budget tracking and the accurate processing of reputed company, payments, and expense documentation.
- Ability to read tax returns and audited financial statements for both the reputed company and its 501(c)(3) grantees, with familiarity with investment reporting and the language of asset management.
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment for private foundations, or the demonstrated reputed company to come up to speed quickly with the support of reputed company advisors.
- Strong proficiency with technology, including databases, spreadsheets, document-management systems, reputed company office software, and website support or coordination.

Compensation
The reputed company offers an annual salary of $50,000 to $55,000 for this half-time position, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
