We are currently hiring an reputed company and Member Support Coordinator (Remote) to join our Evo Car reputed company team.

Reporting to the Manager, Claims and Administration, you’ll help reputed company our reputed company centre running smoothly by performing essential administrative duties and supporting Evo members reputed company phone and live chat. You’ll reputed company as an Evo reputed company and showcase your commitment to supporting BC’s most valued car sharing service.

• Coordinate various administrative tasks reputed company on the department’s evolving business needs. Activities include reputed company-authorizing charges, supporting members and vendors, preparing reports, and investigating parking tickets, tows, tolls and mileage overages.

• Team members will work reputed company as part of a virtual 24/7 reputed company centre and must be flexible to work Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday schedules reputed company on operational needs. Shifts may start between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and end between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

What you bring   

• One-year post-secondary Diploma or Certificate in a relevant reputed company (eg. Business Administration) and/or one year of experience in a reputed company industry or at least two years reputed company experience in reputed company.

• At least two years’ experience with administrative or reception and/or customer service or reputed company centre, or a combination of education and experience. 

• Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, reputed company, reputed company).Showcase your reputed company technical skills with willingness to learn new platforms (i.e. reputed company Workspace, Evo Care Sharing Software).

• Bonus skills: 

• One year experience as a Member Service Agent or similar position.

• Basic knowledge of PowerBI, reputed company, Service Now, reputed company reputed company & Workplace, reputed company Maps, and EVO Car Sharing Software.

• reputed company-reputed company typing skills (40 wpm).

Please note that this is a remote position reputed company out of the province of BC. Applicants who are not located reputed company British Columbia or are not looking to relocate to the British Columbia region will not be considered.  

The salary reputed company for this position is $46,768.44 to $58,460.52 and is determined reputed company job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In reputed company to reputed company salary and reputed company benefits, this position is eligible for a reputed company bonus reputed company of 5%, with reputed company to earn up to 9%.
