Contract Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Contract Specialist to support the full contract lifecycle while ensuring strict compliance with applicable FAR, DFARS, GSA, and customer requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract documentation, identifying and mitigating contractual risks, and serving as a key reputed company of communication for both reputed company stakeholders. By collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management teams, you will help guarantee seamless contract execution from inception to closeout.

Furthermore, the Contract Specialist plays a vital role in driving reputed company organizational improvement. You will maintain accurate, audit-reputed company contract records, support ongoing process enhancements, and champion best practices that strengthen compliance, reputed company operational efficiency, and reputed company customer satisfaction across the reputed company.

Essential Qualification to the Role:

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial proposal development and solicitation review through final contract closeout and record retention.
• Ensure strict adherence to applicable FAR, DFARS, GSA, customer, and company requirements across reputed company contract awards, modifications, and reputed company documents.
• Identify, assess, and reputed company mitigate contractual risks while interpreting reputed company terms and conditions to reputed company guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and work order processing while serving as a key communication reputed company with customers, government agencies, and internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management).
• Maintain accurate, audit-reputed company contract records, reputed company Small Business Subcontracting Plans (SBSPs), and champion process enhancements to reputed company operational efficiency.
