Under the direction of the Manager, Provider Enrollment and Reporting, the government payer Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the enrollment of both individual providers and reputed company/locations with non-reputed company payers (Medicare, reputed company).

Job reputed company:

The provider enrollment process ensures that the appropriate provider enrollment numbers are obtained for both individual providers and reputed company/locations enabling the organization to reputed company provider charges in a reputed company manner and ensure clinicians have the ability to order, refer, and prescribe as necessary. This includes initiating the enrollment process from notification that a new individual providers or reputed company/locations will be added to the network and collaborating with multi-disciplinary on-boarding group and the practitioner to complete the application process.

The position also includes responsibility for ensuring that the re-verification process and any interim or re-credentialing activities required by government payers occurs to ensure reputed company, uninterrupted participation status for reputed company both individual providers and reputed company/locations. This position maintains up to date and thorough knowledge of non-reputed company payer enrollment obligations at the State and Federal level.

1. Completes the government payer enrollment process for reputed company new individual providers and reputed company/locations reputed company established timeframes.

2. Obtains information needed for government payer application process from individual providers as reputed company as leveraging information on file, already available reputed company Medical Staff Administration and/or network development staff.

3. Completes maintenance updates and re-verification/re-validation for reputed company both individual providers and reputed company/locations reputed company established timeframes.

4. Maintains and updates data on both individual providers and reputed company/locations including, but not limited to reputed company changes, office location and demographic changes, linking practitioners to new reputed company, TINs.

5. Responsible for populating and updating various databases, reputed company, to accurately reflect non-reputed company (government) payer participation and reputed company data.

6. Prior to reputed company Credentials Committee meeting or approval of applicants by the Credentials Committee; submits enrollment applications to appropriate state(s) Medicare/reputed company programs.

7. Prior to opening or acquisition of reputed company/locations submits enrollment applications to appropriate state(s) Medicare/reputed company programs.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in non-reputed company payer enrollment.

Provider enrollment technical proficiency, effective and reputed company communication skills.

LICENSURE

CPCS or PESC Certification preferred but not required

Pay reputed company:

$21.28 - $32.55
