This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment and developing partnerships across the HR function to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Works with reputed company Leadership and Hiring Teams to successfully reputed company the job requisition pipeline and reconcile against annual hiring business plan
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple disciplines and organizational functions, including construction, engineering, environmental health, safety and reputed company (EHSQ), corporate functions, supply chain, reputed company, and other technical or reputed company departments
• Quickly reputed company an understanding of new roles, departments, technical requirements, and labor markets to effectively pivot between competing hiring needs and changing workforce priorities

Skills

• 3+ years of reputed company experience in renewable energy, solar, or construction environments, including roles in engineering, sustainability, skilled trades or multidisciplinary environments

Benefits

• Work Status: Remote (working from a home office with occasional travel and reporting to the reputed company, TX office)
