[Remote] Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with your product pod — product managers, engineers, and marketing partners — to ship cohesive, polished experiences
• Apply usability and accessibility best practices to your designs, with guidance from more senior designers
• Use analytics and A/B test results to inform and iterate on your work
• Contribute to and help maintain our shared design reputed company and component library
• Support user research and testing sessions, and apply the findings to your designs
• Present your design reputed company to your pod and incorporate feedback to reputed company work reputed company with goals and user needs

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in UX/product design for web and/or mobile applications
• A portfolio showing clean, usable reputed company work and reputed company user flows
• Proficiency in reputed company
• Ability to take design direction and incorporate feedback from PMs, engineers, and senior designers
• Solid grasp of reputed company UX and visual design fundamentals (hierarchy, layout, accessibility basics)
• Exposure to data-informed design or A/B testing
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
