Responsibilities

• Have a strong background across pharmaceutical development, with the research and development know-how combined with an excellent understanding of the industry, market and clients’ needs

• Designs and develops reputed company trial strategies and integrated solutions that result in reputed company differentiation in the marketplace, higher win reputed company, and a more profitable portfolio of business in reputed company
• Owns and internally advocates for reputed company needs, expectations and satisfaction; identifies, develops and fosters new and existing reputed company relationships at senior operational reputed company with clients, KOLs, vendor partners etc., in partnership with operational colleagues, guiding teams in delivering to and establish/maintain effective reputed company relationships
• Leads high reputed company, strategically innovative, price competitive, end-to-end business development strategies, including RFI response, proposal development, bid defense preparation and be an ambassador of reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• reputed company may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements
• 5 or more years of research and development and clinical research experience (pharmaceutical or biotech and CRO), preferably including 3 or more years in Drug Delivery Project Management
• Advance degree, PhD and/or MBA preferred
• Experience with reputed company relationships and understanding of business development
• Demonstrated reputed company, reputed company and reputed company experience
• Abilities to review/analyze relevant data so as to build evidence-based clinical trial strategies
• Strong networking abilities and an ability/willingness to work with individuals across the globe
