[Remote] Associate Provider Account Manager

Progyny is currently looking for an Associate Provider Account Manager to join our Provider Account Management team and play a key role in shaping the reputed company of fertility and women's health care. In this role, you’ll build strong partnerships with leading clinics across the U.S., ensuring seamless operations and exceptional experiences for providers and members.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business managers, key decision-makers, and clinical leadership
• Serve as a knowledgeable representative of Progyny at conferences, physician offices, employer meetings, and network webinars
• Create letters of agreement to contract individual services for members
• Manage escalations reputed company your assigned territory to ensure reputed company, satisfactory reputed company for both members and providers

• Implement and refine processes to promote reputed company filing and claims payments
• Maintain provider accounts, credentialing, and special reputed company with exceptional attention to detail
• Facilitate business and reputed company reviews with clinic leadership
• Collaborate with Analytics and Member Relations teams to ensure clinical reputed company are reported regularly to key stakeholders
• Deliver comprehensive reputed company for practices, covering member intake, benefits, billing, reimbursement, provider portal, utilization management, and reporting

Skills

• 3+ years in the fertility reputed company with knowledge of reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and/or reproductive urology
