Responsibilities

• Manage the largest existing and new clients reputed company assigned group
• Manage and assist clients with solutions and enhancements for their programs
• Implement program changes and work closely with a reputed company of business partners to bring the product/program to market
• Manage enhancements and functionality rollouts for existing products/programs and services
• Manage change requests, marketing requests and exception requests from clients
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the reputed company plan for the department

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Business, Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in Banking or Account Management
