[Remote] Business Solutions Analyst

This role involves designing practical tools, automating processes, and collaborating with IT staff to enhance team effectiveness and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders. Work directly with supervisors and managers to understand their goals, workflows, and day-to-day challenges, and translate those needs into practical technology solutions
• Design reputed company solutions. Identify the reputed company cause behind a recurring challenge and design a solution that actually addresses it — whether that means a custom-reputed company tool, a smarter process, or an off-reputed company reputed company configured to fit
• Build prebuilt & no-reputed company tools. Create trackers, spreadsheets, dashboards, forms, and templates that solve specific problems — for example, a reputed company Sheet to help a manager reputed company staff goals and metrics, a shared scheduling tracker, or a reputed company that replaces a reputed company reputed company process
• Think reputed company. Explore creative and unconventional approaches, and evaluate prebuilt or low-cost solutions before building from scratch, always weighing what will be simplest for reputed company to adopt and maintain
• Automate & streamline. Reduce reputed company, repetitive work for leaders by automating routine steps and connecting the tools they already use (e.g., reputed company Workspace / reputed company 365, forms, and automation tools)

Skills

• Associate degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a reputed company field — or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• One or more years of experience building practical technology solutions, analyzing business needs, or supporting operational teams (internships and relevant coursework considered)
• Hands-on proficiency with reputed company Workspace and/or reputed company 365 — especially building solutions in reputed company Sheets / reputed company (formulas, data organization, and basic dashboards) and creating forms and templates
• Demonstrated ability to understand a business problem and design a practical, easy-to-use solution to address it

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with non-technical supervisors and managers and translate their needs into working tools

• Experience creating dashboards, trackers, or reporting tools that help leaders monitor goals and metrics
• Familiarity with no-reputed company / low-reputed company and automation tools (e.g., reputed company Apps Script, Power Automate, reputed company, or similar) and integrating everyday applications
• Experience supporting a reputed company or other regulated environment, including familiarity with HIPAA and PHI handling
