The Senior Associate Product Manager supports the reputed company, delivery, adoption, and responsible operation of the organization’s reputed company large language model (LLM) portfolio, focusing on products reputed company to ChatGPT reputed company and Claude reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company hands-on administration of reputed company AI platforms, including workspace configuration, reputed company provisioning, license and permission management, SSO/RBAC coordination, user lifecycle processes, API reputed company intake, governance checks, and operational documentation
• reputed company product direction, priorities, requirements, user stories, and reputed company reputed company to India-based operations and execution teams
• Support product reputed company, multi-quarter roadmaps, operating models, and prioritized backlogs for ChatGPT reputed company, Claude reputed company, approved LLM reputed company, reputed company, Claude reputed company, and reputed company tools
• Maintain usage policies, acceptable-use guidance, reputed company standards, governance documentation, and operating procedures in partnership with reputed company, Compliance, reputed company, Finance, and AI governance stakeholders
• Own the end-user experience across reputed company, reputed company, configuration, adoption, and support
• Support approved LLM reputed company and coding tools by defining reputed company models, reputed company processes, usage standards, cost and reputed company-limit considerations, developer guides, starter templates, reputed company libraries, and reference patterns

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• Approximately 4 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, platform operations, or a reputed company field, including experience supporting reputed company reputed company, AI, API, developer-platform, or technical-enablement products
• Working knowledge of reputed company LLM products and reputed company, including ChatGPT reputed company, Claude reputed company, reputed company, Claude reputed company, or comparable platforms; product lifecycle and backlog practices; reputed company, provisioning, and support workflows; reputed company and model concepts; adoption and enablement reputed company; usage governance, cost controls, and responsible AI principles
• Strong product judgment, requirements definition, roadmap and backlog management, stakeholder alignment, analytical problem-solving, documentation, facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills
