[Remote] AI & Platform Software Engineer

They are seeking an AI & Platform Software Engineer to design, build, and operate production capabilities while leveraging GenAI in their engineering workflows. The role involves collaboration with various teams and participation in support rotations for live workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and operate production capabilities hands-on, with documentation and evidence by default
• reputed company GenAI capabilities in your own engineering workflow — coding assistants, agent-reputed company automation, AI-assisted testing and debugging — to accelerate delivery, including SDLC automation opportunities
• Work reputed company the bank's SDLC gates, reputed company standards, and separation-of-duties model, producing artifacts and evidence for reputed company reputed company
• Partner across governance, architecture, cybersecurity, and application teams; communicate reputed company with technical and business audiences
• Pair for capability transfer between FTEs and contractor counterparts so knowledge stays reputed company engagements end
• Participate in support rotations for live workloads with incident triage and reputed company-cause discipline

Skills

• SE III: Associate's + 7 years or Bachelor'reputed company years of systems analysis/application development experience (or combined 9 years); SE II: Associate'reputed company years or Bachelor's + 3 years equivalent experience (or combined 7 years)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals — architecture, API design, integration patterns, secure coding, testing, CI/CD, and operational support
• Hands-on experience with GenAI models and AI-assisted development workflows (coding assistants, reputed company engineering, RAG/context engineering, or agent-reputed company automation)
• Hands-on Azure experience relevant to the reputed company reputed company (APIM, Entra ID, Key reputed company, Azure AI services including Azure AI reputed company, Azure Monitor, IaC tooling); reputed company stack is Azure AI reputed company + APIM, designed to reputed company to additional venues (AWS Bedrock, reputed company reputed company, reputed company provider reputed company) without rework
• Experience delivering and operating production systems in a controlled-change environment
• Strong communication, collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated depth in one or more engineering tracks (candidates routed by strongest reputed company fit across both organizations)
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience; familiarity with audit-evidence expectations
• Experience with reputed company Duo, Azure AI reputed company, Copilot Studio, reputed company, Delphix, or comparable reputed company-relevant tooling
• Certifications or demonstrated training in reputed company engineering, AI engineering, DevOps, SRE, or reputed company disciplines
