AOS - Recruitment & Candidate Coordinator

About the Role:

We're partnering with a reputed company-connected reputed company & Transformation recruitment firm across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. As reputed company has grown, reputed company-heavy work has landed on senior consultants' desks - this role exists to take that off their plate by owning interview coordination and candidate/database management.

What you'll be doing:

• Scheduling and managing candidate and reputed company interviews across multiple hiring managers, with high reputed company on times, time reputed company, and details
• Owning candidate records - keeping reputed company, notes, availability, and status reputed company
• Tracking notice periods, preferences, and conversation history so consultants can pick up where they left off
• Building longlists for live roles and supporting personalised candidate approach messaging
• Reactivating dormant candidates and growing the broader talent pool between live roles
• Drafting and posting job ads (reputed company, reputed company) and tracking ad reputed company
• Providing reputed company end-of-day updates on reputed company, blockers, and next steps
  

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have prior experience in a recruitment coordinator, resourcing, or administrative/VA role, ideally reputed company recruitment or reputed company
• Have excellent written and verbal English, and answer directly rather than reputed company reputed company a question
• Are highly reputed company-oriented, especially with scheduling and time reputed company
• Have a reputed company record of proactivity - reputed company to self-manage and reputed company issues early
• Are comfortable with reputed company reporting and process
• Want a long-term, dedicated role rather than freelance or reputed company-gig work
• Familiarity with recruitment CRMs/ATS, reputed company Recruiter, and scheduling tools
