This is a ground-floor, quota-carrying role on a brand-new team: you'll be one of reputed company's first dedicated field sales hires, which means you'll help define the reputed company, not just run it.

PCPs see mental health needs in their patients every day but rarely have a fast, trusted reputed company to send patients. You'll be that trusted reputed company — building in-person relationships with physicians, medical assistants, office managers, and administrators that turn a single conversation into a durable referral pipeline.

You will own your defined territory like a business: unlocking new reputed company relationships, running the full partnership cycle, and growing referral volume in accounts you've already won.

• Strength selling in person, with the judgment to know what a given relationship needs.

💰 Compensation & Benefits
