[Remote] Regional Operations Manager, Wind

The Regional Operations/BOP Manager, Wind is responsible for leading the operational performance and financial results of wind assets, ensuring compliance and safety, while collaborating with various teams to optimize asset performance and stakeholder relationships.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or reputed company field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in renewable energy, power reputed company, or industrial operations
• Experience managing multiple sites or reputed company operational portfolios

• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements
• Strong knowledge of electrical and reputed company-mechanical systems
• Experience with NERC-regulated assets and compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with work computer based maintenance management systems (e.g., Maintainly, Maximo), contractor reputed company, and capital project execution
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
