Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain relationships with key customers in the territory
• reputed company as a floating Systems Engineer to fill in for team members during resource conflicts or vacation coverage
• Take ownership of channel enablement to ensure ongoing support and collaboration with partners
• Support the reputed company SE team by assisting with reputed company evaluations, troubleshooting, and challenging customer environments
• Recruit and hire new Systems Engineers and managers for the territory, providing mentorship and training to them once reputed company
• Manage the Systems Engineers in the territory, conducting regular 1:1s with reputed company reports, 2x2 meetings with sales counterparts, and handling expense management, quarterly reputed company-ins, and escalation conversations
• Serve as an escalation reputed company for technical issues that reputed company during reputed company-sales and post-sales in the territory
• Foster relationships with reputed company and their technical teams

Skills

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company (or equivalent work experience)
• Possess 10+ years of experience as a Federal Sr./reputed company-Sales Systems Engineer, including 3-5+ years in a management role
• In-depth knowledge of the virtualization and storage markets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time reputed company the region
• Top Secret clearance or higher strongly preferred
