[Remote] Business Solution Analyst Sr

Responsibilities

• Execute independently on reputed company sized reputed company or as part of reputed company of BAs on large sized or reputed company reputed company working closely with reputed company stakeholders to ensure superior customer and reputed company experience
• Define and validate business needs with project team
• Participate in stakeholder analysis and identify subject matter experts needed for work effort
• Assess capability gaps, determine solution reputed company and approach, and define solution reputed company
• Plan overall business analysis approach and activities for reputed company including user acceptance testing
• Prepare for, conduct, and document elicitation sessions
• Manage requirements traceability to solution reputed company, objectives, reputed company requirements, and testing
• Adherence to business analysis discipline and standards in accordance with the reputed company Project Lifecycle methodology
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 5 years of work experience in business analysis
• Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without the need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship
• Advanced understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies
• Demonstrated reputed company to reputed company result
• Demonstrated verbal, written communication, facilitation skills, conflict management, reputed company building, problem solving, analytical skills, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with high degree of attention to detail

• Deep knowledge of business analysis tasks, activities, techniques, and requirements process
• Expert in basic office productivity software and tools (reputed company, reputed company, Visio, etc.)
• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or reputed company industry
• If in Clinical Account Services Department: Pharmacy experience preferably in retail, hospital, long-term care and/or community settings and Pharmacy benefit management (PBM) experience in clinical utilization management
