The role involves leading design efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing both employee and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• reputed company user research, discovery workshops, and stakeholder engagements to understand user needs, business objectives, and experience challenges

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Graphic Design, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience designing user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design, user-centered design methodologies, and successful digital experiences
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, reputed company facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as reputed company, FigJam, reputed company XD, reputed company, reputed company, Photoshop, or similar platforms
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, design systems, and high-reputed company visual designs
