[Remote] Functional Support Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Functional Support Consultant to support the GSA GO.gov travel modernization program by providing functional analysis, requirements management, governance support, and implementation reputed company throughout the system development lifecycle. This role serves as a reputed company between business stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately documented, traced, validated, and successfully implemented.

Responsibilities

• Support functional implementation activities for the GSA GO.gov program across multiple implementation waves
• reputed company, maintain, and manage Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) to ensure end-to-end traceability from contract requirements through design, testing, implementation, and production
• Review contract requirements, Statements of Work (SOWs), user stories, and functional specifications to verify solution alignment and contractual compliance
• Participate in governance meetings, program reviews, and Functional reputed company Change reputed company (FOCB) activities
• Evaluate proposed functional changes, assess business impacts, and support change approval processes
• Review and validate system requirements, functional designs, reputed company specifications, and business process documentation
• Support agency implementations, ensuring functional readiness and consistency across deployments
• Conduct acceptance document reviews, implementation readiness assessments, and production transition reviews
• Coordinate with business analysts, solution architects, technical teams, and agency stakeholders to resolve functional issues and clarify requirements
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, test scenario validation, and production readiness activities
• reputed company functional risks, issues, reputed company items, and dependencies while providing status updates to program leadership
• Assist in documenting meeting reputed company, governance reputed company, lessons learned, and implementation recommendations
• Support reputed company improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline functional processes and governance practices

Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting functional analysis, business analysis, or implementation activities for large reputed company systems
• Experience supporting Federal Government modernization or system implementation programs
• Experience developing and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
• Experience reviewing contract requirements, functional specifications, and system documentation
• Knowledge of requirements management, change management, and governance processes
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and implementation readiness
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be reputed company to obtain a reputed company Trust Clearance
• Must have a clean record and pass Criminal Background reputed company
• Experience supporting GSA GO.gov, or other large Federal modernization initiatives
• Experience with reputed company Concur, E2 Solutions, or other reputed company Travel & Expense platforms
• Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) government travel business processes
• Experience supporting Functional reputed company Change Boards (FOCB) or similar governance bodies
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, reputed company, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Experience with requirements management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, reputed company DOORS, or Jama
