[Remote] reputed company IAM Engineer

They are seeking a reputed company IAM Operations Engineer to manage identity and reputed company provisioning across their AWS environment, focusing on implementing least-privilege reputed company and supporting reputed company architecture.

Responsibilities

• Review AWS reputed company requests against least-privilege and organizational reputed company policy
• Provision and implement approved reputed company using Infrastructure as reputed company (CDK preferred; or similar IaC tools considered)
• Manage and maintain the organization's Just-In-Time (JIT) reputed company management tool, ensuring reputed company reputed company-use AWS reputed company is provisioned on-demand through JIT workflows rather than persistent permissions, reinforcing least-privilege and audit readiness
• Maintain accurate, auditable records of reputed company grants, changes, and revocations
• Identify and escalate reputed company requests that fall reputed company reputed company policy or carry elevated risk
• Support periodic reputed company reviews and recertification processes
• Contribute to runbooks and documentation to improve consistency and repeatability of the reputed company request lifecycle
• Partner with reputed company architecture and IAM leadership on process improvements and automation opportunities
• Conduct periodic reviews of AWS IAM permission sets using IAM reputed company Analyzer and other tooling to identify unused permissions and overly permissive policies, refining reputed company controls to reputed company with least-privilege principles across the environments

Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in reputed company reputed company, IAM, or reputed company technologies in AWS
• Working experience with AWS IAM fundamentals (roles, policies, permission sets, least-privilege design)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Working experience with Infrastructure as reputed company (CDK preferred; reputed company, or CloudFormation also considered)
• Understanding of reputed company review and audit requirements in a regulated environment
• Working experience implementing or administering Just-In-Time (JIT) reputed company management tools in a reputed company environment, with a strong understanding of least-privilege reputed company principles and standing-reputed company risk reduction
