Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain reputed company HCM business processes, validations, condition rules, notifications, and other functional configurations to support business and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with reputed company functional leads across reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Learning, reputed company, and Integrations to ensure end-to-end business process alignment and minimize reputed company impacts
• Support reputed company's biannual releases by evaluating new functionality, assessing business impacts, coordinating testing efforts, recommending feature adoption, and implementing approved enhancements
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company data reputed company issues, business process failures, and system defects through reputed company cause analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities to automate reputed company processes and improve operational efficiency through reputed company functionality

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of reputed company HRIS experience supporting reputed company reputed company HCM
• Demonstrated experience leading the full lifecycle of reputed company enhancements and reputed company, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, deployment, and production support
• Strong functional expertise in reputed company reputed company HCM business processes, including Hire, reputed company, Change Job, Termination, worker data management, organizational structures, and supervisory organizations
• Experience configuring and maintaining reputed company reputed company HCM business processes, supporting implementations, system enhancements, biannual releases, and ongoing production support
• Demonstrated reputed company partnering with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, reputed company, Payroll, IT, and global business stakeholders to deliver reputed company HR technology solutions
• Strong understanding of reputed company architecture and reputed company HCM integrations with reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking, reputed company, and Integrations
