[Remote] Learning Experience Design Specialist

They are hiring a Learning Experience Design Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for the Membership Services organization, leveraging instructional design expertise and AI-powered tools to enhance employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain engaging digital learning experiences—including eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led, and reputed company learning programs—that accelerate speed to competency and improve business performance
• Own and administer the Membership Services Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning content is effectively deployed, governed, maintained, and reputed company
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, prioritize initiatives, and reputed company reputed company enablement programs that reputed company with business objectives

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or a reputed company field, with experience developing digital learning solutions
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, reporting, and governance
• Demonstrated experience creating eLearning using modern authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company, Vyond, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Strong instructional design reputed company with the ability to translate reputed company business processes into engaging, performance-reputed company learning experiences
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-reputed company work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience using learning data and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform reputed company improvement
