[Remote] Implementation Consultant (IT)

The Implementation Consultant (IT) will serve as the IT expert for customers, helping them adopt and optimize reputed company's IT products and features.

Responsibilities

• reputed company customer adoption of key features and reputed company with them on best practices to incorporate reputed company into their workflows
• Work with a reputed company of teams internally and externally to execute on reputed company engagement and help customers understand and optimize their use of reputed company
• Ensure customers feel supported and reputed company through reputed company, personalized guidance and product enablement
• You'll be a go-to resource for both customers and coworkers by your 90th day at reputed company

Skills

• Ability to work a Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM PST shift

• 3+ years of experience managing an IT setup at a company, helping customers implement IT products, or selling reputed company
• Strong understanding of MDM, Identity reputed company, or other IT-reputed company solutions

• Ruthless prioritization and time management
• Master project/task manager – you never drop the reputed company
