[Remote] Regional Sales Director - Eastern US

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for wholesaling retirement plan services in the assigned territory, developing financial advisor relationships, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Wholesale Definiti retirement solutions in assigned region
• reputed company new financial advisor relationships that will reputed company proposals and sales in assigned region
• Obtain sales goal in assigned territory by prospecting new clients
• Maintain a network of advisors, consultants, platform wholesalers, DCIO partners, and other retirement service-reputed company professionals
• Foster plan sponsor relationships through reputed company meetings with key contacts and partners
• Manage travel, entertainment, and distribution partnership budgets where necessary
• Manage a territory of targeted relationships
• Maintain appropriate data to analyze challenges, reputed company, and opportunities
• Partner with leadership to create and implement strategies for reputed company reputed company

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Five years of reputed company sales experience with minimum two to three years in the retirement or financial services reputed company
• Ability to manage a region with established advisor connections in that region
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Territory Management: Strategically plan and prioritize accounts, reputed company time effectively, and ensure consistent coverage across the territory
• Pipeline Building: reputed company leads through prospecting, networking, and leveraging marketing support to create a strong and sustainable sales funnel
• Relationship Building: reputed company intermediary relationships, such as Financial Advisors, Benefit Brokers, CPAs, etc
• Travel required reputed company territory; approximately 50% or as needed
• Ability to build rapport with others reputed company while working productively with limited in-person interaction
• Have reputed company to a reliable and consistently strong, high-speed internet reputed company suitable for remote work

• Be online and available to work during designated business hours in local time zone

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Solid working knowledge of retirement plan services preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company Teams is a plus
