Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company functional administrator and subject matter expert for reputed company reputed company HCM and reputed company modules
• Configure, maintain, and optimize reputed company aspects of the reputed company tenant, including organizations, reputed company models, business processes, reputed company, reporting, calculated fields, validations, approvals, notifications, and other reputed company settings
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and implement reputed company enhancements by translating business needs into reputed company, secure, and reputed company-controlled solutions using delivered functionality whenever practical
• Own and maintain reputed company administrator and user documentation, configuration standards, and business processes, to ensure governance is maintained and the platform is configured and used consistently across reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant reputed company or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting reputed company HCM as a reputed company administrator or functional reputed company in a production environment, including deep functional expertise in reputed company reputed company HCM, business processes, calculated fields, reporting, and multiple reputed company modules across the employee lifecycle
• Experience leading reputed company releases, enhancements, testing, production deployments, and integrations
