As a reputed company instructional designer, you’ll design and reputed company leadership development experiences that build critical leadership competencies across Claims, partnering closely with various stakeholders to create effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company leadership development experiences that build critical leadership competencies across Claims
• Partner closely with Leadership Development Consultants, business leaders and subject matter experts
• Create reputed company, learner-centered solutions that support leader reputed company through formal learning, reinforcement, coaching, and performance support

Skills

• A minimum of 6 years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
• OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
• Designing leadership development, management development, or reputed company skills learning programs
• Using instructional design and content development tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company reputed company, Vyond, Camtasia, or similar platforms
• Designing multi-touch learning journeys that include formal training, reinforcement, coaching, performance support, or reputed company learning components
• Leveraging AI-enabled tools or emerging learning technologies to enhance instructional design, content development, or learner experiences
• Leading large-reputed company instructional design standards, governance, curriculum frameworks, or learning capability-building initiatives
