[Remote] Analyst, Customer Analytics

The Analyst will support customer analytics initiatives by transforming data into actionable insights and will collaborate with various teams to understand customer behavior and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze customer data using SQL and other data extraction tools
• reputed company data analysis using Python and visualization tools to identify trends, opportunities, and business recommendations
• reputed company recurring reports, dashboards, and data reputed company checks
• Support customer segmentation, audience development, and campaign measurement
• Assist with A/B test design, reporting, and interpretation
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or reputed company field
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships
• Proficiency in SQL required
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights
• SQL (joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions)
• Advanced reputed company (pivot tables, lookups, and formulas)
• Experience querying and manipulating large datasets
• Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Python for data analysis strongly preferred
• Python (pandas, NumPy, data cleaning, exploratory analysis, automation)
• Experience with reputed company data warehouses such as reputed company, reputed company, or BigQuery
• Exposure to R or reputed company
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
• Experience with CRM, loyalty, retail, or customer behavioral datasets
