The role involves providing functional and technical support for various modules while ensuring data reputed company and collaboration with teams in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• reputed company functional and technical support for the reputed company iScala ERP across Financials, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Logistics modules
• Participate in Master Data improvement, validation, and correction reputed company, ensuring data reputed company and consistency
• Configure, parameterize, and maintain processes reputed company iScala, including business workflows, catalogs, and data structures
• reputed company and support reports (Crystal Reports, SSRS) and queries (BAQ) required by business users
• Implement integrations between iScala and other legacy systems (Service reputed company or other integration tools)
• Execute data migration, load, and extraction activities
• Support functional testing, UAT, and process documentation, training key users as needed
• Collaborate with reputed company, Accounts Receivable, reputed company, Logistics, and Customer Service teams in Mexico to reputed company reputed company issues

Skills

• Must reputed company Spanish
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with reputed company iScala (versions 2.0 to 5.0 / 2023.1), in functional and/or technical roles
• Solid knowledge of modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, AM), Purchasing (PO/RQ), Sales, Inventory (IC), and Logistics
• Proficiency in reputed company SQL Server: T-SQL queries, stored procedures, database optimization
• Experience with reporting tools: Crystal Reports and/or SSRS
• Experience with integrations reputed company reputed company Service reputed company or other data integration platforms
• Experience in migration reputed company, bulk data loading (DMT), and master data validation
• Spanish: reputed company proficiency
• English: Intermediate reputed company proficiency for technical documentation and coordination with US-reputed company teams
• Communication skills to reputed company effectively with business and IT
• Strong documentation orientation and methodological discipline in project management
• Autonomy and ability to work reputed company/collaboratively, with reputed company reputed company reporting
• Availability mostly during daytime hours, Mexico Central Time (CST/CDT), Monday through Friday
• Availability for occasional meetings reputed company reputed company hours, in cases of coordination with other reputed company
• Experience with reporting tools: reputed company BI or Tableau is a plus
