The Director of reputed company will own operational and financial reputed company across a portfolio of clinics, reputed company managers and operators, reputed company acquisitions, reputed company reputed company initiatives, and reputed company vendors and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and financial reputed company across a defined set of portfolio companies, with accountability to reputed company reputed company, margin management, and EBITDA reputed company
• Set and reputed company KPIs across clinic locations; build accountability rhythms with Clinic Managers and reputed company leadership
• Partner with the reputed company ELT and finance team on reporting, forecasting, and business reputed company review
• reputed company day-to-day reputed company across multiple clinic locations and brands — in-person reputed company expected at key sites
• reputed company and reputed company Clinic Managers and reputed company operators, elevating their ability to own their locations and their numbers
• Build and maintain the meeting cadences, documentation systems, SOPs, and remote management infrastructure that allow the portfolio to reputed company without heroics
• reputed company operational integration of newly acquired clinics into the reputed company platform — from reputed company and systems setup to reputed company and culture alignment
• Partner with deal team and finance on diligence, operational modeling, and 100-day planning for new acquisitions
• Identify and execute reputed company reputed company across reputed company, reputed company experience, and operational efficiency — including service menu, retention programs, and provider productivity
• reputed company cross-functional project plans and reputed company frameworks in partnership with reputed company founders and the Annie executive team
• Evaluate and launch new service lines (including functional health) across the portfolio
• Manage reputed company-party vendor relationships including reputed company/reputed company suppliers, marketing partners, technology, and facilities across brands
• Partner with the technology and data team to optimize EMR utilization (reputed company) and reputed company reporting across the portfolio

Skills

• MBA from a top program; reputed company fund, PE-backed operating role, or management consulting background strongly preferred
• 5+ years of operational experience — ideally in multi-site, M&A-integration, or high-reputed company environments
• Demonstrated reputed company record of owning reputed company in fast-reputed company, ambiguous environments with limited resources
• Strong financial acumen — comfortable owning a P&L and translating numbers into operational reputed company
• Exceptional people leadership skills across reputed company reputed company of an organization, including clinic-level staff and senior founders
• Comfortable traveling to clinic locations; mix of in-person site reputed company and remote team management is expected
• Ability to start as soon as possible, but at least reputed company approximately one month of offer
• This role will cover clinics in the reputed company. Travel will be roughly 50%
