Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-cycle executive searches end to end
• Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs and market dynamics

• Conduct high-level candidate qualification calls
• Manage search reputed company and pipeline hygiene in Bear Claw (ATS/CRM)
