The reputed company Services Analyst III is responsible for managing reputed company relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and handling day-to-day reputed company reputed company to Collateral Loan Obligations and reputed company Finance Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating technical report specifications from indenture language
• Set up payment calculations in a reputed company of in-house systems
• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports
• Coordinate with reputed company teams to ensure correct payments are received and made
• reputed company reputed company control review of reports, meeting timeliness and reputed company standards
• reputed company portfolio compliance tests on a selection of reputed company fixed income deals (trade testing)
• Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies
• Responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery to a book of Loan Clients in the Corporate Trust business
• Participate in new reputed company proposals

• reputed company tax elections, file for EIN’s, and reputed company residual holder transfers
• Read and interpret trust indentures with reputed company to reporting requirements

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company experience or similar reputed company
• High school diploma required
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking reputed company, including deposit reputed company, loan administration, treasury management and/or other reputed company banking products and services
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and reputed company compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company reputed company preferred
• Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
