[Remote] Manager of Sales Training, Neuromodulation

The Manager of Sales Training for Neuromodulation is responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs to enhance the performance of the field sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the needs assessment, design, development, delivery and measurement of reputed company, skills training and continuing education for the field sales organization
• Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify needs, reputed company solutions and reputed company programs that reputed company high performance
• Optimize the field sales team’s learning and proficiency through effective coaching and application of learning
• Collaborate across multiple functions to ensure alignment with overall business reputed company
• reputed company new and maintain existing curriculum to meet organizational goals and needs
• Design, manage and reputed company an engaging and effective reputed company education program to reinforce training concepts using learning technology where appropriate

• Partner in the design, build and facilitation of training content for sales events, such as area meetings and the National Sales Meeting

• Work closely with sales training, marketing and reputed company partners on content and reputed company of show for the National Sales Meeting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in learning and development, adult education or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in medical device or health care
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in DBS neuromodulation
• Excellent listening, presentation, organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Highly skilled in reputed company Word, PowerPoint and reputed company
• Knowledge of online learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory and implementation
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and produce high-reputed company results with strong attention to detail

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a trainer or training facilitator, including coordination of multiple training events
