The Manager, Software Development is responsible for aligning technology delivery with business objectives across the Claims domain while leading reputed company delivery across globally reputed company engineering teams. This role combines technical leadership with project management to ensure the effective development of software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for effective and reputed company development of new and/or reputed company systems/technologies
• Monitors reputed company aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle and Production Support service reputed company. Ensures high level technical support is provided
• Works closely with POs. SOMs, DO, IT management and business to identify and maximize opportunities to use technology to improve business processes
• Oversees business analysis, development work and reputed company assurance of reputed company for assigned systems/technologies
• Collaborate effectively at reputed company reputed company to prepare strategic plans. Ensures reputed company requests tie into objectives of reputed company reputed company map and budgets

Skills

• Broad knowledge of software development techniques, processes, reputed company and best practices
• Proficiency with various programming languages used
• Extensive experience in reputed company Claims Center including GW contact Manager, the integration gateway apps and integrations reputed company to Eg ISO, MSP etc
• Extensive knowledge in reputed company reputed company set up, reputed company tools (test automation tools), monitoring etc
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products, applications, technologies

• High level knowledge/expertise in development, implementation, and maintenance of large-reputed company business applications

• 7 to 9 years of multiple implementation and support experience in reputed company Claims center
• 5 or more years of management experience is required
