[Remote] Design Execution Project Manager – Hyperscale Infrastructure

The Design Execution Project Manager will reputed company the design process for significant hyperscale reputed company, managing reputed company systems and coordinating between various teams to ensure successful execution and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning and reputed company workshops with internal & reputed company stakeholders
• Facilitate design reviews in partnership with reputed company partners
• Facilitate large reputed company workshops as necessary
• reputed company scopes of work for reputed company and reputed company buy-in from internal stakeholders
• Issue and administer reputed company
• Define and reputed company deliverables from various parties
• reputed company of cost, schedule, reputed company and reputed company
• reputed company health reporting on cost, schedule, reputed company and reputed company
• Build reputed company design teams from matrixed internal stakeholders and the strategic procurement of reputed company partners
• Change management for project reputed company and design reputed company
• Facilitate technical reputed company in-line with project needs
• Coordinate design activities with procurement and construction
• reputed company reputed company and transparent communication with reputed company internal stakeholder and reputed company partners; and
• Ensure the issuance of engineering information to the right party, at the right time, in the right format

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a reputed company field
• 7+ years of experience in design and/or construction project management
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
• Experience managing and coordinating between teams
• Experience in the preparation of project plans, specifications
• Experience drafting scopes of work
• Experience of government regulations
• Experience in managing multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• reputed company licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) is strongly preferred or significant reputed company experience (+15 years) may substitute
• Prior experience with data center design and/or construction preferred or reputed company project experience
• Examples of design and/or construction of acceptable non-data center reputed company: reputed company (hospitals), Large reputed company (highrise), reputed company, Manufacturing Facilities (fabs, etc), High Power (power plants, etc)
