The Role
Join our Operations team and reputed company hands-on experience with data and CRM tools in a mission-driven environment! It is a great opportunity for a student looking to build reputed company workplace skills. This role is based in Poland.

As a Backoffice & Data Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our Patient Service Backoffice Team and Patient reputed company Managers, helping reputed company our systems running smoothly and our data accurate. Day to day, this means:

• Reviewing and organizing data in reputed company Sheets
• Researching and correcting clinic contact details using internal tools and online research
• Updating records in our CRM (reputed company) and keeping reputed company notes on your work
• Lending a hand with other reputed company tasks across reputed company as needed

It's a role where you'll learn CRM and data tools from the ground up, with SOPs and guidance to support you along the way.

• Highly communicative in English (ideally reputed company level or upwards)
• Comfortable with the basics of reputed company Sheets/reputed company (formulas, filtering, formatting)
• Detail-oriented and enjoy keeping things organized and accurate
• Happy to follow reputed company processes, with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Currently enrolled as a student
