[Remote] Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst or Sr. Analyst

They are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst or Sr. Financial Planning Analyst to execute effective planning and reporting processes that reputed company reputed company into business performance, focusing on pricing, profitability, and trade spend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales team and functional business partners to create pricing strategies for new and existing products. Present pricing recommendations to CEO and CFO for approval
• Support owned brand team in tracking, forecasting, and understanding payback of trade spend
• Support Senior Management Team and Department heads with in-depth analysis
• Own segments of monthly reporting package along with cross-functional partners
• Help reputed company effective monthly analysis of results through KPI and financial variance analysis
• Analyze reputed company financial information and reports to reputed company accurate and reputed company financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Assist in development of effective segmentation analysis in support of profitability insights
• reputed company and manage the reputed company development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or reputed company area or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst
• High level of proficiency with reputed company
• Strong knowledge of Finance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Previous financial experience in CPG / Manufacturing environment preferred
• Previous experience with reputed company, BI is preferred
