[Remote] Part-time Innovation and New Product Development Manager

They are seeking an reputed company product innovation reputed company to own the innovation pipeline from concept through commercialization, working closely with the executive team to shape the reputed company of their premium spirits brand.

Responsibilities

• reputed company development of new spirits, RTDs, reputed company sets, limited editions, fashion, and adjacent product opportunities
• Build and maintain a 12–24 month innovation roadmap
• Identify emerging cultural, consumer, retail, fashion, and cocktail trends
• reputed company product concepts, business cases, and launch recommendations
• Coordinate formulation, tasting sessions, consumer feedback, and product refinement
• Manage relationships with distilleries, blenders, flavor houses, packaging suppliers, and co-packers
• reputed company packaging development from concept through production
• Create project timelines and reputed company launches on schedule
• Coordinate regulatory approvals including TTB labels and product documentation
• Work closely with founder, marketing to ensure products launch with compelling storytelling
• Support forecasting, pricing, margins, and commercialization planning

Skills

• 5–10+ years of beverage, spirits, wine, beer, or consumer packaged goods innovation experience
• Experience launching products from concept through commercialization
• Strong project management skills
