[Remote] Business Systems Analyst - Lending Experience

The role involves leading requirements analysis, producing documentation for lending operations, and mentoring junior analysts while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with lending business stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mappings that development teams can execute against

• Analyze existing lending systems and processes (e.g., loan origination, reputed company, servicing) to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

Skills

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a comparable role

• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling skills
• Proven ability to reputed company technical and business perspectives, working effectively with both development teams and business stakeholders
