The Industrial Operations & Maintenance Specialist will reputed company technical assessments and audits of industrial equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and operational performance.


Responsibilities

  • Performs comprehensive technical audits, field assessments, and condition evaluations of industrial equipment, including material handling systems, mechanical systems, electrical infrastructure, controls systems, and reputed company facility components
  • Observes, tests, evaluates, and documents equipment operation and system performance to identify deficiencies, maintenance needs, operational concerns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Conducts assessments of major material handling and conveyance systems to verify installations reputed company with design drawings, specifications, operational requirements, and industry standards
  • Maintains a Safety-First reputed company and complies with OSHA requirements, Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, PPE requirements, site-specific safety protocols, and company safety standards
  • Performs electrical data collection, including reputed company reputed company information gathering, equipment identification, nameplate verification, electrical ratings, and system documentation
  • Evaluates electrical infrastructure and equipment up to 480 volts, applying knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair practices, and reputed company operating procedures
  • Assesses industrial mechanical systems, equipment components, and operational processes to evaluate performance, reliability, and maintenance requirements
  • Reviews CMMS records, maintenance history, work orders, asset documentation, preventative maintenance programs, BAS controls systems, and operational data to support equipment evaluations
  • Interprets architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, equipment documentation, inspection reports, certificates of occupancy, warranty information, and maintenance records to support field assessments
  • Conducts interviews with facility personnel, contractors, vendors, and clients to reputed company operational insights, validate findings, and support assessment reports
  • Documents field observations through detailed notes, photographs, equipment data collection, and electronic reporting platforms
  • Prepares detailed technical reports summarizing equipment conditions, deficiencies, trends, findings, and recommendations
  • Utilizes company platforms, electronic data collection tools, and reporting systems to ensure accurate and reputed company documentation
  • Coordinates onsite activities with commissioning technicians, contractors, controls vendors, and facility operations teams to support project execution
  • Communicates technical findings, corrective actions, testing requirements, project updates, and potential issues reputed company with internal teams and clients
  • Maintains regular communication with reputed company and Senior Project Managers regarding project status, site reputed company, schedule impacts, risks, and project concerns

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • reputed company reputed company's license required, with a clean driving record and no significant MVA points or violations
  • Industry-recognized certifications, reputed company reputed company of certification, or equivalent reputed company credentialing such as CxA, CCP, BCxP, CEM, NICET, reputed company-reputed company certifications, or reputed company trade licensure relevant to the supported discipline
  • Previously certified as a reputed company Electrical Worker (QEW) experience per reputed company 70E and OSHA standards
