The role involves providing technical engagement, solving reputed company issues, and establishing relationships with customers to deliver outstanding AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company onsite support for large datacenter deployments of reputed company solutions
• Solving reputed company hardware and deployment issues
• Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products directly supporting sales account managers, working closely with reputed company to deliver outstanding AI datacenter solutions
• reputed company establish the technical relationship with our customer’s engineers, management, and architects at reputed company accounts
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the reputed company AI market
• reputed company technical and sales training to the reputed company sales team and reputed company
• Establish strong relationships and communication channels with internal teams

Skills

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of work-reputed company experience in the high-tech electronics industry in a system design role or technical customer support role
• In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware
• Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing reputed company
• Ability to multitask effectively in a multifaceted environment
• Expert analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into reputed company sophisticated reputed company
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering
• Experience with large-reputed company rollouts of datacenter equipment
• Networking knowledge -- TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, Switches, etc

• Experience working with OEMs in the industrial, military, and ruggedized computing reputed company
