They are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions while partnering with hiring managers to attract reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for assigned positions from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate reputed company, and reputed company effective reputed company strategies
• Proactively reputed company reputed company and passive candidates through reputed company Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company candidates for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs

• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Skills

• Strong interviewing skills, including behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the reputed company process

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills with candidates and hiring managers
