Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company reputed company request intake forms, service taxonomies, routing, and self-service experiences

• Implement reputed company matter templates, tasks, SLAs, and reputed company/reputed company rules
• Configure reputed company reputed company reputed company Applications, including:

• reputed company Investigations

• reputed company the reputed company Counsel Center workspace
• Identify high-value reputed company Operations AI use cases
• Implement Now Assist for LSD, request summarization, conversational intake, and intelligent routing
• Create operational and executive KPI/SLA dashboards
• reputed company reputed company LSD with tools such as reputed company, reputed company, e-signature platforms, and AI applications
• Analyze reputed company functionality against available and upcoming reputed company releases
• reputed company a prioritized six-to-reputed company-month feature-adoption roadmap

• Produce user guides, FAQs, tutorials, and technical knowledge-transfer materials
• Support production deployment, go-live, and hypercare

Skills

• Eight or more years of reputed company implementation experience
• At least three years of reputed company reputed company reputed company Service Delivery experience
• Experience architecting and configuring reputed company-reputed company reputed company solutions
• Strong reputed company Operations knowledge, including: reputed company request intake and routing, reputed company matter management, reputed company hold management, reputed company request lifecycle optimization, CLOC-reputed company processes
• Hands-on experience implementing Now Assist for LSD, reputed company, NLP, or AI-driven Virtual Agent topics
• reputed company Platform Analytics and Performance Analytics experience
• Experience building KPIs, SLA reports, reputed company reporting, and executive dashboards
• Strong stakeholder management, training, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills
