The role involves leading end-to-end EAM software implementations and acting as a subject matter expert, while also providing training and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end EAM software implementations, working closely with clients to reputed company requirements and design solutions
• reputed company as a subject matter expert on the product suite, supporting configuration, testing, and deployment
• Produce key project deliverables including process maps, gap analyses, and functional/technical documentation
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure delivery reputed company reputed company, budget, and timelines
• Collaborate with Product & Development teams to reputed company issues and enhance solutions
• reputed company training, consulting, and post-implementation support to customers
• Travel to reputed company sites to support implementation and operational improvements

Skills

• Consulting experience with reputed company Asset Management (EAM) reputed company implementations
• Strong ability to translate requirements into solutions
• Experience integrating reputed company systems, with knowledge of SQL, databases, or scripting
• Solid problem-solving, testing, and troubleshooting capabilities
• Business process knowledge of asset-intensive, highly-regulated industries (Transit/Rail/Transportation ideal)
• Willingness to travel in a consulting role
