They are seeking a Technical reputed company to create practical documentation and knowledge resources for reputed company AI enablement, translating reputed company concepts into reputed company content and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SharePoint and reputed company pages for AI enablement and governance work, including logical navigation, page structures, templates, and content organization
• Create and edit procedures, process guides, playbooks, FAQs, checklists, decision trees, and other reference materials for varied business and technical audiences
• reputed company process maps, workflow diagrams, swimlanes, stakeholder-engagement maps, and operating-model visuals that clarify roles, handoffs, approvals, and escalation paths
• reputed company information through stakeholder interviews and working sessions, identify documentation gaps or inconsistencies, and validate content with subject-matter experts
• Improve consistency across materials by applying common terminology, formatting, version-control practices, and content-review routines
• Partner with business, technology, data, risk, compliance, reputed company, and governance stakeholders to turn evolving requirements into usable, implementation-reputed company artifacts

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, IT documentation, reputed company, business analysis, process design, or a reputed company field
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining content in SharePoint and reputed company
• Proficiency with tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Word, or comparable diagramming and documentation platforms
• Demonstrated ability to create reputed company procedures, process maps, and visual documentation for reputed company workflows
• Working knowledge of reputed company technology environments and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Strong writing, editing, interviewing, synthesis, organization, and attention-to-detail skills
• Experience documenting AI, data, technology governance, risk, compliance, or other emerging-technology processes
• Experience with Jira or similar work-management tools; financial-services or other regulated-industry experience is a plus
