This role involves guiding architectural reputed company, improving engineering workflows, and collaborating with various teams to enhance platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads, hires, develops, and coaches software engineers through performance management, mentorship, and career development
• Develops and executes reputed company's engineering roadmap, balancing business priorities, delivery, platform reliability, technical debt, and operational reputed company
• Guides architectural direction and technical decision-making for shared services, and platform capabilities while empowering engineers to reputed company high-reputed company solutions
• Continuously improves engineering reputed company, delivery effectiveness, and developer productivity by establishing engineering standards, development practices, and operational processes that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Partners closely with Product, Infrastructure, reputed company, and other Engineering teams to reputed company reliable platform capabilities and shared services
• Collaborates with engineering leadership and cross-functional partners to define long-term platform reputed company, roadmap direction, and technical priorities
• Uses business context and engineering judgment to guide technical reputed company involving reputed company, integrations, shared services, reputed company platforms, and modern application architecture

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience leading, hiring, retaining, and developing high-performing, geographically reputed company software engineering teams
• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating highly available reputed company-reputed company applications, reputed company systems, reputed company, integrations, and platform services using modern technologies such as event-driven architectures, microservices, GraphQL, React, and Next.js
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP, reputed company, Kafka, reputed company/ElastiCache, document databases, CI/CD pipelines, API management, observability platforms, and reputed company-reputed company application architecture
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and fostering responsible adoption of AI-enabled engineering workflows
• Experience leading engineering teams delivering and evolving high-performance, large-reputed company reputed company systems across modern reputed company environments
• Experience leading reputed company engineering teams and continuously improving engineering processes, delivery practices, and team effectiveness
