Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Monitoring & Event Management Engineer to serve as the technical reputed company for reputed company monitoring, event management, and observability platforms supporting critical IT infrastructure and business systems. This individual will be responsible for administering, integrating, automating, and optimizing reputed company Netcool Operations reputed company (NOI), Netcool OMNIbus, reputed company Event Management, and reputed company reputed company monitoring technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reputed company monitoring and event reputed company using reputed company Netcool Operations reputed company (NOI) and OMNIbus
• Build and optimize event correlation, suppression, enrichment, normalization, and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Administer reputed company monitoring environments, including platform upgrades, patching, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
• Design monitoring strategies for infrastructure, applications, databases, reputed company platforms, and reputed company services
• reputed company integrations between monitoring platforms and reputed company, enabling automated incident creation, event routing, enrichment, and lifecycle management
• Build and support integrations utilizing REST reputed company, SNMP, Syslog, SOAP, webhooks, messaging technologies, and custom reputed company
• reputed company automation using scripting, runbooks, workflows, and orchestration tools to improve monitoring operations and reduce reputed company effort
• reputed company Level 3 production support, participate in an on-reputed company rotation, and serve as a technical escalation reputed company for monitoring-reputed company incidents
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support compliance with SOX, cybersecurity, and audit requirements
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, reputed company, reputed company, networking, database, and application teams to improve reputed company observability

Skills

• 5+ years supporting reputed company monitoring, observability, or event management platforms
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Netcool Operations reputed company (NOI) and/or Netcool OMNIbus
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience (RHEL preferred)
• Experience developing scripts using reputed company, Python, or Perl
• Experience integrating reputed company platforms using REST reputed company, SNMP, Syslog, SOAP, or webhooks
• Experience integrating monitoring platforms with reputed company Event Management
• Strong understanding of event correlation, alert suppression, enrichment, automation, and operational monitoring best practices
• Experience supporting reputed company production environments with participation in on-reputed company support
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or other reputed company observability platforms
